Honey Oatmeal Bread

this pic makes it look like I used more butter than I actually did..LOL:)

To fulfill one of my "4 goals," which was to eat something different, I baked a loaf of delicious oatmeal bread. I have to say that this was way easier than I ever could have imagined!! And...considering this was my first loaf of bread that I have ever baked, it was very tasty, if I do say so myself!! The only thing I should have done, that I didn't, was kneed the bread! Hence why it looks a little on the uneven lumpy side....oh well:)

**Added**Here's a link to the recipe, sorry I didn't include it with the original post:)

Here are some pictures to prove to my husband that I actually did make it myself:)
yummy honey!!

Ooh, yummy! It looks SO good! I'm such a carb addict! I need to make zucchini bread. My friend has given me about 8 different squashes, and we've been pretty good about cutting them up in our stir fries. But I really want to make some bread! :P

Wow! You made bread! My friends keep trying with little success. So, I haven't even bothered. I think I may just give it a try :)

OMG! Your necklaces are so adorable. I LOVE that navy blue one. So so cute and smart!

I highly recommend you all giving it a try:) I promise it's easy!! Here's a link to the recipe:
I think what makes it hard to mess up is the fact that it doesn't have yeast so you don't have to wait for it to sure to let me know how it goes!!:)
